Summer Delight: Frozen Yogurt Bark
Summer and sweets go hand in hand. Whether it’s an ice cream cone at the beach or a fruity treat when guests arrive, there are plenty of sweet options to enjoy. The key is to stay cool without turning on the oven. I have a quick, easy, and healthy recipe for you: Frozen Yogurt Bark. Fresh fruits, crunchy granola, and yogurt—what more could you want? Let’s get to the recipe!
Ingredients:
½ cup plain full-fat yogurt (vanilla works great!)
½ cup chopped strawberries
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup granola
Instructions:
Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt into the dish and spread it into a thin layer. Top with strawberries, blueberries, and granola. Place in the freezer for about 3 hours, or until the yogurt is firm. Break into pieces and enjoy! You can store any leftovers in the freezer.
