Sugar-Free Cool Lime Recipe

Here’s a refreshing drink recipe perfect for summer days, energizing your walks, and giving you a boost while you work.

Sugar-Free Cool Lime

Ingredients

1 large lime

1 small lemon

8 - 10 fresh mint leaves

500 ml cold water

Plenty of ice

Optional: a few slices of cucumber

Instructions

Squeeze the juice from the lime and lemon. Gently crush the mint leaves with your hand and add them to the glass. Pour in the cold water. Add plenty of ice. Let it sit for 10 minutes before enjoying.

For a stronger aroma, you can grate a bit of lime zest.

If you’d like to sweeten it, add 1-2 tablespoons of pineapple juice or 1-2 teaspoons of honey dissolved in warm water.
