
Strawberry Jam Recipe
Stawberry jam is the perfect jam for most of us. It goes well with dessert, it is also a breakfast jam, it tastes amazing on everything. It's a well known fact that jams contain sugar which means calories. That's why I've prepared a low-sugar, healthier jam recipe. I've prepared strawberry jam recipe because it's my favorite. I'm sure some of you can relate. So, let's begin.
Ingredients:
500 gr strawberry
Half a lemon
300 gr dry grapes
10 dates
4 glasses of hot water
Preparation:
Take your dates and take the seeds out. Put them in a pot and put hot water on them until the they are covered with water. Wait for 15 minutes so they will get soft. After they get soft take them and put them in a blender. Drain the water with paper towel. Clean your strawberries and put them in a pot. Add grape juice and dates. Put on low heat and mix them. You can mix until they are in a thicker form. Then, add lemon juice. Mix for a couple of minutes more and then close the stove and take the pot off of the stove and let the mix rest. After the jam gets cold put it in a jar and that's it! Enjoy!
