
Cold Protein Coffee Recipe
This refreshing drink is perfect for summer, keeps you full, and provides essential nutrients for your body. Here’s how to make cold protein coffee.
Ingredients:
1 shot of espresso or half a cup of chilled brewed coffee
1 scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder (use vegan protein powder for a vegan version)
1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 handful of ice
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder (optional)
A few drops of maple syrup or one date (optional)
Instructions:
Mix the protein powder and plant-based milk in a shaker or blender. Add the coffee and ice. If you like, toss in the cocoa and date, then blend again. Pour into a suitable glass and enjoy!

Cinnamon Mocha Protein Latte
Ingredients: 1 shot of espresso or half a cup of cold coffee, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, half a teaspoon of cinnamon, and a handful of ice.
