Say Goodbye to Long Bathroom Sessions!

Sometimes your body slows down, and this is often felt in your intestines. During these times, bathroom visits can take longer. Constipation can be tough, but it’s not without solutions. The key here is gut health. With the right habits, you can ease constipation and regain your comfort. Here are my suggestions: 

1- Avoid straining on the toilet; support your elimination by breathing out as if you’re blowing up a balloon, using diaphragmatic breathing.

2- Stay active throughout the day; gentle exercises and circular massages on your abdomen can help stimulate your intestines.

3- Adjust your toilet position. Keeping your knees elevated above hip level can make elimination easier.

4- Drink plenty of water and increase your intake of fiber-rich foods to support bowel movements.

5- If you experience prolonged or painful constipation, don’t ignore it; consult a professional.

In short: When your intestines find their rhythm, your body will feel more at ease. Treat them gently, and they’ll help you feel good.
