15 Things You Can do For Yourself Today

Even you did 1 thing for yourself today that is amazing but just incase I'm going to give you 15 more. Because you are important to me babe. So, let's go!

1- Repeat after me "I will stop upsetting myself about the things I can't control!" 

2- Healthy life comes with eating healthy. So, do not skip the most important meal of the day. Breakfast!

3- Stop thinking and worrying about the past. It's gone. 

4-  Forgive yourself then forgive others. Grudge is a burden. Let it go.

5- Being honest with yourself means a fresh start and it's a great place to begin with. It won't be easy but it's worth it. 

6- You can't control everything. Simple but effective motto. 

7- It's never too late to start doing the things you love. 

8- Here's some tips to start your day energetic: do some stretching, shower and a healthy, colourful breakfast.

9- Wear things that you love! A good clothing combination is a major confidence boost.

10- Listen to songs that you love. Enjoy the sunny days, feel the sun on your skin.

11- Hydration! Masks, moisturizers and water water water!

12- Take a deep breath, hold it for a while and exhale through your nose. You can do this whenever it comes to your mind.

13- Communicate with people you love. It's nice to know that you are not alone.

14- You can smell lemons to freshen up. :)

15- Look at photos that lifts up your mood and energy. Maybe even print them put them on your desk? 

Bonus: Look at yourself in the mirror and smile or flip yourself off. Either way I bet you'll look cool. :)
