
Creating Positive Change
Unknowingly, some of our habits can make life more challenging for ourselves. Today, I want to shine a magnifying glass on these habits and share them with you. To let go, we need to first recognize them and then be determined to embrace change. Let's take a look together:
- Dwelling on the past, and consequently, not living today to its fullest potential.
- Overthinking everything.
- Having high expectations and complaining when things don't go as planned.
- Speaking negatively every time you open your mouth.
- Expecting everything to be perfect.
- Constantly trying to please others.
- Procrastinating and consistently being lazy.
- Holding onto grudges, never forgetting, and not forgiving.
- Worrying about what others think.
- Seeing others as luckier than yourself.
*If you let go of these, you'll find yourself happier, more at peace with life.
