Tips for a More Productive Summer

Just because summer is here doesn’t mean you have to keep up the same pace as winter in your work life. You can make small adjustments that align with the energy of the season to boost your productivity.

1- Adjust your work hours to match your energy levels. Schedule your most important tasks during the times when you feel most focused.

2- Refresh your workspace. Add small touches to your desk: fresh flowers, light-colored accessories, a brighter layout...

3- Take more movement breaks. Enjoy the nice weather by taking short walks during lunch or stepping outside between meetings to recharge your energy and creativity.
