PMS aka pre menstruial syndrome. It's a period of time that's connected to the hormones. It stars 10 days before period and it slowly goes away as the period starts. It has some emotional and physical symptoms on women. Most common symptoms are; tiredness, sensitivity around the chest, bloat and temper. Of course it's different for every woman. Some women don't ven realise it, some just experience a little temper. The symptoms can change every month. Sometimes it comes with odd symptoms too. Before this, let's look at what we can do to experience this phase as easy as possible. Sleeping well and eating healthy can help. Small exercises, calcium and magnesium, doing things you like, meditation can also help. Now, we can check the odd symptoms of PMS. 

1- What's worse than wanting to eat everything? Crying all the time. Sometimes these two combine and you can find yourself crying because you don't have sweets at home.

2- You might have some rash on your face whish are the zits that's waiting to come out of the surface. They are going to invade your face as soon as you eat unhealthy fats.

3- You either go to the toilet way too much or way too little. There is no between.

4- You can't consantrate. You read one single paragraph millions of times. Sorry, what did you say?

5- Your hands and feet become puffy. In fact, your whole body will be puffy and that's why sometimes you can't even find a position to fall asleep.
